Jay Cain combined his background in accounting and law to serve dealership buyers, operators, and legacy owners with clarity and confidence.
Before starting the practice, he earned his CPA, completed law school, and served as General Counsel for a multi-brand dealership group. There, he led complex M&A and real estate deals, worked with lenders and manufacturers, and developed a practical understanding of how dealerships run—from operations to ownership transitions.
Jay takes a hands-on approach. He’ll meet you at the store, walk the property, review the numbers, and draft legal structures that make sense in the real world.
